This prestigious international standard has been established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and acknowledges organizations that have successfully implemented robust information security management systems and maintain the highest standards of data protection and resilience against potential threats.

The certification covers IT and networking services, IT systems for producing and shipping batteries, and internal services such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT service management, and Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) services. The ISO 27001 certification underscores Exide Technologies' commitment to safeguarding its information systems and data.

Achieving this certification involved a rigorous evaluation of all processes and security systems, as well as the implementation of a continuous improvement system based on risk analysis, metrics, and indicators.
